Independence Day was celebrated with a time sense of patriotism. National heroes who fought and laid down their lives to secure our independence as a nation deserve to be remembered not only on the Independence Day but all days. The entire school assembled in the School ground. Dr.Mrs. Prema Subramanian, Treasurer, & Mr. M.S. Tholkappian, Member, ABS group of schools
was invited as the Chief Guest and hoisted the National Flag was the Special Invitee.
After this, in the presence of a joyful gathering a cultural program was held with variety
of entertainment where our students of all the classes participated and refreshed the eyes and minds of the audience by their songs, dance performances and parade, portraying
martyrs, mime and speeches. Then our Principal Dr.R. Gayathri gave an inspiring speech that awakened everyone’s feelings towards the Mother Land. At the end, sweets were distributed to all.
